Provision of a unified view of the region's mobility and the offering of simple analysis tools.

The Digital Mobility Observatory is tasked with cataloging and providing high-quality mobility data, thereby enabling the planning and optimization of infrastructure according to the needs of the population and businesses, especially in a mobility-friendly context such as that of the Grand-Duché du Luxembourg.

To foster the development of an intelligent transportation system, ODM also handles the analysis and dissemination of mobility data to planners. The ODM of the Ministry of Mobility and Public Works (MMTP) already possesses a significant amount of data that needs to be processed and analyzed to draw relevant conclusions about the organization of mobility in Luxembourg and improve mobility planning.

The MMTP has chosen Neovya to fully leverage the collected data by correlating and synthesizing all mobility data for the territory, resulting in a comprehensive and consistent mapping of road and public transport mobility. Additionally, this data directly feeds into a multimodal transportation model to plan and anticipate the impacts of various MMTP projects.

Neovya has made the various datasets from Luxembourg coherent and accessible through Neovya Hubsim. These data are now utilized in mobility projects across the Grand-Duché du Luxembourg.
